Cluster Fascia Panel Replacement
  
•
Pry the trim off using a plastic trim tool and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
•
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
•
Take care not to scratch the body surface.
1.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad side cover (A).

2.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the crash pad lower panel (A).
3.
Disconnect the diagnosis connector (B).

4.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the side garnish (A).

5.
Push the lock pin (A), disconnect the connectors.

6.
After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the cluster fascia panel (A).

7.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the cluster (A).

8.
Push the lock pin (A), disconnect the connectors (B).

9.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
•
Make sure the connector is connected properly.
•
Replace any damaged clips.
Center Fascia Panel Replacement
  
•
Pry the trim off using a plastic trim tool and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
•
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
•
Take care not to scratch the body surface.
1.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the center fascia panel (A).

2.
Disconnect the clock connector (A).

3.
Disconnect the heater and A/C controller connectors (A).

4.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
•
Make sure the connector is connected properly.
•
Replace any damaged clips.
Audio Assembly Replacement
  
•
Pry the trim off using a plastic trim tool and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
•
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
•
Take care not to scratch the body surface.
1.
Remove the center fascia panel.
2.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the crash pad center airvent (A).
[LH]

[RH]

3.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the AVN head unit (A).

4.
Disconnect the AVN head unit connectors (A).

5.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
•
Make sure the connector is connected properly.
•
Replace any damaged clips.
Crash Pad Lower Panel Replacement
  
•
Pry the trim off using a plastic trim tool and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
•
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
•
Take care not to scratch the body surface.
1.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad side cover (A).

2.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the crash pad lower panel (A).
3.
Push the lock pin (B), disconnect the diagnosis connector (C).

4.
After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the reinforce panel (A).

5.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
•
Make sure the connector is connected properly.
•
Replace any damaged clips.
Glove Box Housing Replacement
  
•
Pry the trim off using a plastic trim tool and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
•
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
•
Take care not to scratch the body surface.
1.
Remove the cowl side trim.
2.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad side cover (A).

3.
Disconnect the stopper (B) from the glove box (A).

4.
Disconnect the air damper (A) from the glove box (B).

5.
Disconnect the pins (A) and then remove the glove box (B).

6.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the crash pad side garnish [RH] (A).

7.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the crash pad under cover (A).

8.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the glove box housing (A).

9.
Disconnect the glove box lamp connector (A).

10.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
•
Make sure the connector is connected properly.
•
Replace any damaged clips.
Steering Column Shroud Panel Replacement
  
•
Pry the trim off using a plastic trim tool and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
•
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
•
Take care not to scratch the body surface.
1.
Remove the crash pad lower panel.
2.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the steering column shroud lower panel (A).

3.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
•
Replace any damaged clips.
Crash Pad Side Cover Replacement
  
•
Pry the trim off using a plastic trim tool and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
•
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
•
Take care not to scratch the body surface.
1.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad side cover (A).
[LH]

[RH]

2.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
•
Replace any damaged clips.
Main Crash Pad Assembly Replacement
  
•
Pry the trim off using a plastic trim tool and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
•
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
•
Take care not to scratch the body surface.
1.
Remove the following parts.
A.
Floor console assembly
B.
Front pillar trim
C.
Cowl side trim
D.
Instrument cluster
(Refer to "Instrument Cluster" in BE group)
E.
AVN head unit or audio unit
(Refer to "AVN Head Unit" in BE group)
(Refer to "Audio Unit" in BE group)
F.
Glove box housing
G.
Steering column shroud panel
H.
Steering wheel
(Refer to "Steering Wheel" in ST group)
I.
Multifunction switch assembly
(Refer to "Multifunction Switch" in BE group)
2.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the center speaker grill (A).

3.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the center speaker assembly (A).

4.
Disconnect the center speaker connector (A).

5.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the auto light sensor (A).
6.
Disconnect the auto light sensor connector (B).

7.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the photo sensor (A).
8.
Disconnect the photo sensor connector (B).

9.
After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the crash pad center garnish [LH] (A).

10.
Disconnect the start/stop button switch connector (A).

11.
Loosen the mounting bolts.
12.
Disconnect the passenger's airbag connectors (A).

13.
After loosening the mounting bolts and nuts, then remove the main crash pad assembly (A).

14.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
•
Make sure the crash pad fits onto the guide pins correctly.
•
Before tightening the bolts, make sure the crash pad wire harnesses are not pinched.
•
Make sure the connectors are plugged in properly, and the antenna lead is connected properly.
•
Enter the anti- theft code for the radio, then enter the customer`s radio station presets.
Cowl Cross Bar Assembly Replacement
  
•
Pry the trim off using a plastic trim tool and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
•
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
•
Take care not to scratch the body surface.
1.
Remove the following parts.
A.
Cowl top cover
B.
Main crash pad assembly
C.
Disconnect the steering column connectors.
(Refer to "Steering Column and Shaft" in ST group)
D.
Down the steering column after loosening the mounting bolts.
(Refer to "Steering Column and Shaft" in ST group)
2.
Disconnect the blower unit connectors.
3.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the rear airduct (A).

4.
After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the driver's shower duct (A).

5.
Disconnect the airbag control module (SRSCM) connector (A).

6.
Disconnect the passenger compartment junction box connectors (A).

7.
Disconnect the multi box connectors (A).

8.
Disconnect the connector (A) and the mounting clips in the front pillar.
[Driver's]

[Passenger's]

9.
After loosening the mounting bolts and nuts, then remove the cowl cross bar assembly (A).

10.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
•
Make sure the crash pad fits onto the guide pins correctly.
•
Before tightening the bolts, make sure the crash pad wire harnesses are not pinched.
•
Make sure the connectors are plugged in properly, and the antenna lead is connected properly.
•
