Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery
cable.

Remove the crash pad lower panel.
(Refer to Body - "Crash pad lower panel")

Remove the junction box.
(Refer to Body Electrical System - "Relay Box(Passenger Compartment"))

Disconnect the parking brake switch connector.
|
5. |
Remove the parking brake cable mounting nuts (A).
|
6. |
Remove the parking brake pedal mounting bolts (A) and nut (B).
|
7. |
Remove the parking brake cable the fixing clip (A, B), and then
remove the parking brake pedal.
